To purchase a medallion, please call 1-866-999-6622 and provide us with the following information:

In-stock medallions
Please provide us with the order number for the medallion of your choice.

Made-to-order medallions
We will need the following information:

1. The medallion model number.
2. Size of medallion (36", 48", 60", or your custom size.)
3. The natural stone color selection: Standard colors as displayed, replacement colors from our standard stock, or replacement colors that you will provide.

Important Notes:

• All medallions are cut from 12” x 12” x 3/8” tile. Cut lines will vary depending on size of medallion.
• Natural stone will vary in color and veining. Color and veining differences are not considered defects. Any samples, pictures, or printouts are only examples of what the medallion may look like.
